Aint' no party like a Koo-at party!

That's right! Kuat's wrecking crew is slated to attend UFDSSC 2013. Rumor has it their truck has some sort of beverage dispensing equipment installed. Maybe if we ask real nice they will share. Speaking of sharing, Kuat has agreed to share a COMPLETE HITCH RACK with one lucky raffle winner! After the race, toss your number plate in the basket and we'll draw for goodies once everyone has had enough racing. There will also be prizes from the companies you see over on the right side of this page. Who knows what you might take home? I know we'll have a solid pile of raffle-tronic prizes so there's a good chance you'll leave with a little something extra to remember us by. No news is goods news right? Right now we are pretty much 'chillaxin' while we wait for sponsor goodies to roll in and mountain biking in general to get going proper. Our esteemed Race Director Erik has moved south for the winter and then decided to stay because this cold weather makes his gooch shrivel up. So it looks like UFDSSC will be a Trail Bling joint this year. Just like all race promoters we are going to be doing the anti-rain-dance in the weeks leading up to our race. We are keeping the formula simple and pure, just like the single speed bicycle that we all know and love (not that kinda love). 3 laps for everyone...men, women, children, seagulls, sharks, et al. The course has not changed appreciably, therefore Eric Pirtle's Strava-certified time of 1:43:27 is still the benchmark for 3 laps, including the short start loop. You all are gonna have to bring your A-game to beat that!! Chamois up and remember, Dirty is the new clean!!
